* Key role within the executive team* £80-100k + Bonus + BenefitsOutstanding opportunity for a CIMA, ACA or ACCA Qualified CFO/Finance Director to join a £70m t/o rapidly expanding Warehousing & Distribution Business. In this pivotal role you will join the senior executive team in a strategic, commercially focussed role,working collaboratively to take the business to £100m through organic and acquisitive growth. * Full Profit & loss and Balance sheet responsibility.* Strategic planning to drive business revenue and profit.* Mergers/Acquisitions.* Responsible for all finance, procurement and administrative elements of the business.* Business partnering with the board and senior management.* Ongoing developing of modern and effective commercial reporting suites to meet evolving business demand.* Developing policies and procedures to ensure sound financial management and control. Applicants must be fully qualified CIMA, ACA or CIMA/ACCA CFOs/Finance Directors who have a track record of driving business growth. With a good FC in place producing the numbers this role is very much commercial, strategic, operations focussed and as suchthe board are looking for someone with Logistics/Warehousing/Distribution sector knowledge who can bring additional sector expertise to the business. You will have a track record of driving best financial practice, delivering optimum business performance andwill thrive in a fast paced / change environment. You will be a People Person, able to take the lead in a hands-on role, inspiring teams to deliver to the best of their ability and will have the gravitas & personality required to forge strong relationshipsat board and senior management level.
