Job Description

I am working with a well-know accountancy firm based in Warrington and assisting with their search for a new bookkeeper. They have a fantastic name within their field and pride themselves on the service they offer their clients.You will be joining a well-established outsourcing team and will be taking on a fantastic opportunity.Responsibilities will include:

  • Sales invoice processing
  • Purchase invoice processing
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Fixed asset registers and depreciation journal
  • Maintaining sales ledger
  • Maintaining purchase ledger
  • Key balance sheet reconciliations, including PAYE and wages
  • Preparation and submission of VAT returns
  • Assisting clients and colleagues with Xero and Sage queries
Requirements:
  • Experience using Xero
  • Excellent computer skills including Excel
  • Full UK driving licence with own car
