Vacancy - Bodyshop Workshop Controller - WarringtonBasic - 34kRealistic OTE - 37k - 40k (uncapped)Mon - Fri - 8.00am - 5.30pmSats - 8.30am - 12.30pm (1 in 3) paid at standard rate overtimeOur client, one of the best motor trade employers in the Northwest is looking to recruit an experienced Bodyshop Workshop Controller at their prestige main dealer in the Warrington area.Are you an experienced Bodyshop Workshop Controller looking to join a highly successful businessAre you looking to join a company that offers genuine career prospectsThe Role:You will be responsible for the daily control of the bodyshop/workshop in order to maintain a high level of productivity and quality. You will be required to run an efficient operation ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through achieving maximumutilisation of bodyshop facilities, as well as overseeing and motivating all bodyshop colleagues. You will also actively contribute to the implementation of safe working practices, training courses and security within the department assisting the BodyshopManager.Experience Required:You will currently be in the same type of role as a Bodyshop Workshop Controller or in a supervisory role within a bodyshop and have experience at developing relationships with customers and colleagues. You will have the drive and determination to maintaina productive department and the ability to work under pressure and achieve results through other people. It is essential that you have experience within a bodyshop environment.

  • Bodyshop experience.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • In depth knowledge of contemporary bodyshop systems, technology and operating processes.
  • Proven and demonstrable man management skills.
  • Ability to coach and motivate a team to achieving targets.
  • An in depth understanding of current smart repair processes and an appreciation of the corresponding profit potential available to the business.
