We have offices in Warrington (Head Office), Coventry and Bournemouth with modern data centres and are anagile business who has fully embraced hybrid and flexible working.The Associate Director of Infrastructure and Platform Operations (ADIP) will report directly into the CIO and will oversee Brooksons external and internal infrastructure alongside the management of the Platform Operations team. The role will include twodirect reports. The ADIP will be responsible for all server, storage and network infrastructure assets ensuring the business can operate efficiently and effectively at all times whilst also leading out on platform development which is an essential part ofour customer experience.The ADIP will also be responsible for providing the vision and leadership for developing and executing informational technology strategies within cloud, infrastructure, and platform across all Brooksons business units to enhance the customer experience,improve service quality, support business development, improve cost effectiveness, and lead to greater productivity and efficiency.A business critical role, this is an ideal opportunity for those looking to lead out on a business area which is integral to all service delivery functions having an impact on our customer experience which is of the upmost importance to us.The personThe successful candidate would be hands-on and experienced in managing hybrid infrastructure, data centres, networking and internal IT.
