Job Description

My client, a market leading company within the Scientific field, are currently seeking to add to their growing team. Based in Woolston, Warrington, the company are looking for experiencedProduction Assembly Operatives with Quality Control Responsibilitiesto join their team. These roles will be starting mid-February and are an ongoing temporary basis.The job is paying £9.74 per hour rising to £9.95 after 12 weeks are completed, the hours of work are Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:00 whilst you are training and will then move to the following shifts:06:00 – 14:00 & 14:00 – 22:00This job will be temporary ongoing with no scheduled end date so is a great opportunity to develop relevant skills with QC related fields.Key Responsibilities:

  • Working in ISO 5 & ISO 7 clean rooms, wearing personal respirator hood PPE
  • Routine inspection and maintenance of associated laboratory equipment
  • Complete documentation to GDP standards
  • Liquid handling including filling pumps
  • Microscope visual inspection
  • QC testing and assembling equipment
  • Maintenance of the clean room environment
  • You will conduct particle reduction, deep cleans and swabbing to maintain the ISO 5 and ISO 7 areas
  • Operation of machinery and laboratory equipment
  • Experience Required:
  • Demonstrated experience of working in a production / manufacturing / Lab / QC environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Experience with Route cause counter measure and problem solving
  • Experience of working in an assembly or laboratory environment
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement skills
