Job Description

The CompanyOur client is a highly reputable company that has been operating since 1997, and is one of the UKs leading Auctioneers of Classic Cars.A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join their small but busy team based in Warrington.As the Administrator, your duties will be:

  • Input and update data onto CRM system.
  • Process entry forms and sale contracts.
  • Compile data for sales and marketing, including entry packs and mailing lists.
  • Liaise with vendors and buyers.
  • Auction administration and preparation
As the ideal Administrator you will hold the following skills and experiences:
  • Previous experience working within an Administration role
  • IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels, including vendors and buyers.
Additional InformationThe role is 100% office based but does also involve being onsite with other team members during auction weeks, which may include occasional nights away.
