Job Description

Account ExecutiveFinancials: £35,000 - £45,000 (£24,000- £27,000basic + £4,000 car allowance + commission + benefits)Role: Lead the full sales and account management cycle, from first customer contact through to contract signingLocation: Hybrid long-term (initially Warrington office & client site across the UK)WHY Fast growing & leading MSP/IT Services Provider

Our client is a leading IT services and solutions provider who specialise in all aspects of IT Infrastructure including on-premise and in the cloud. They deliver excellent solutions to their customers whilst providing the highest level of service. As technologycontinues to quickly develop, they fulfil the vital role of understanding how these benefit their clients, exploiting new opportunities and increase efficiency.Due to growth, they are looking for an ambitious Account Executive to join the rapidly growing Sales and Account Management Team. Working closely with Technology Specialists, this role offers rapid career progression for sales and account management professionalswith a strong attitude and a willingness to provide exceptional customer service and leadership in a front-facing commercial role.Dedication to customer service and character is of primary consideration to the company. Candidates should demonstrate that they are open, honest, trustworthy, honourable, hard-working, reliable and ambitious.Key Responsibilities: Account Executive
  • Provision of exceptional customer service
  • Lead on the full sales cycle, from first customer contact through to contract signing
  • Account management and continuous engagement within valued long-term relationships
  • Customer enabling vendor engagement and relationship management
  • Accurate feedback & forecasting supported by ambition to exceed Sales figures and targets
  • Lead generation and liaison with marketing and company representation
Experience Required: Account Executive
  • 3+ years CustomerCentric’B2B consultative experience in the UK
  • Interest in the IT / Technology industry
  • Excellent organisational, proposal writing and presentation skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to work both within a team and independently with little supervision if required
  • A proactive approach with ability to use initiative and manage without authority
  • Full driving licence + vehicle + ability to visit client sites across the UK
