Junior Sous, Michelin Restaurant, Cambridgeshire, £26,000-£28,000 My client is looking for a junior sous to join their newly appointed Head Chef at their brand new Boutique Hotel Restaurant, which is due to open in May. This role is an amazing opportunity for a chef who is looking for career development and to become part of one of the areas most eagerly anticipated refurbishment and re-opening.My client has completely gutted and brought back to life a 19th Century building and are now recruiting their team, if you are looking for a role where your opinion in valued and taken on board, where you will be involved with menu development, business direction, supplier negotiations and customer engagement, then this is the role for you.The client is a stunning Cambridgeshire restaurant, with big plans for future business development and refurbishment. They are an independent business and look for chefs with passion and individuality. The successful applicant will get the opportunity to work across all sections in the kitchen, and contribute to future events and ideas, gaining a varied and broad experience in all areas, covering breakfast, brunch, lunch & dinner service and private events. You will have experience catering to a one & two Michelin star level, serving a range of bespoke tasting menus, catering for up to 100 discerning guests every day.The client is one who really invest time and effort in their team, recognise, and reward those who go the extra mile.
