Assistant Bar Manager, Peterborough, up to £26,000 plus benefits I am looking for an Assistant Bar Manager to join the senior management team of this stunning luxury boutique hotel. As Assistant Bar Manager you will work closely with the Bar Manager & Restaurant and F&B Management teams ensuring effortless and seamless service to clients and guests alike. You along with guidance from the Bar Manager, will be responsible for training and coaching the team in order to deliver the level of service expected of this luxury hotel. The main bar will be the heart of the hotel, and you and your team will help to create a style of theatre, with the most up to date drinks available and dispense methods used. You will use your experience in the luxury bar market & beverage knowledge to be able to lead from the front, confidently talking to guests & upsellingAs bar manager you will have a good understanding or wines, spirits and cocktails, and ideally have WSET Level 2 as well as good mixology experience and a passion for designing bespoke cocktailsAs well as a great salary of up to £26,000, this role offers 6 weeks holiday, an industry leading benefits and perks platform, pension, free uniform and parking as well as a great training and development package then please apply to Jonathan at our Select Cambridge office Required skills
