Job Description

Are you an experienced Receptionist available to join this international organizationYou will present a professional Front of House corporate image to callers, visitors, and employees

  • Answer incoming telephone calls professionally and promptly; greeting visitors at the desk and supporting all employees and external personnel accordingly
  • Assist facilities-related tasks as required, managing mail and ordering stationery such as business cards, copier paper, etc.
  • Point of contact for employee reporting building issues
  • Support Facilities, Property, and H&S tasks as required
  • Specifically support the H&S control measure put in place regarding Covid-19, ensuring all staff and visitors abide by all relevant safety procedures
  • Monitoring the security of the office; liaising with the security guarding company and security systems contractor accordingly
  • Arranging travel; taxis and couriers and flight bookings
  • Ad hoc administration duties for Manager, also other departments but only secondary to core responsibilities and only if resource permits
  • Taking hospitality bookings for internal and external meetings and informing the Chef as appropriate
  • Monitoring reception Mail Box
  • Ensure the smooth running of all mail and courier activities
  • Ad hoc facilities-related tasks such as coordinating handyman works, catering support, and running errands.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
  • Previous reception experience
  • Good IT skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Good communication skills
