1st Line Support EngineerOur client is looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer with a positive, can-do attitude, as well as an appetite to grow their skills, to join their team based in Walton-On-Thames, on a permanent basis. The 1st Line Support Engineer will have an awareness of ITIL, good customer service skills as well as some previous technical experience.The role will be covering Monday – Friday, 9am-5:30pm and you will act as a point of contact for our client’s customers.
