Job Description

RAC have the interesting opportunity to appoint a Training and Development Consultant to join our fast-paced Direct Sales Force Agent Team on a permanent basis. This role will be a field-based role, where you will spend one week at one of our main offices, Bescot, Bradley Stoke or Stretford, and the next week out in the field.The core function of this role will be to design, deliver and evaluate dynamic development solutions, aligned to the learning cycle for colleagues across DSF Agents and Leadership team. Also ensuring all inductions and training are aligned with businessobjectives and Members requirements.What Youll Do

  • Deliver & facilitate training to new and existing Sales agents and colleagues within DSF.
  • Ensure Sales agents and colleagues entering training have all relevant assets/system accesses.
  • Work with the DSF leadership team to identify training and development needs.
  • Design and deliver training packages while utilising all available options and accommodating different learning styles.
  • Maintain, evolve and improve existing training materials in line with industry best practice/RAC policy frameworks.
What Youll NeedTo be considered for this role youll need to be an experienced Coach with proven ability to deliver feedback in a positive, enthusiastic and constructive manner along with;
  • Experience of delivering/facilitating training within a sales regulated environment.
  • The Ability to work in isolation within a field based or office based environment.
  • A Passion for developing others with a good understanding of how people learn
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organisational skills including time management whilst working quickly and accurately to tight deadlines.
