The purpose of this role is to provide all the setting out and surveying requirements of the site and the business. You will report directly to the Site/Projects Manager for your duties as well as the Contracts Manager for the projects you will be required to work on.Able to -build effective relationships with stakeholders on all levels-work well under pressure and work to tight deadlines-manage and consider multiple tasks across multiple projects at any one timeProficient in - Use of Total Stations, GPS (Trimble) and all surveying equipment- Earthworks setting out and measurement- quantification of cut, fill and stockpile volumes- surveying software and 3D modelling (AutoCAD and/or 3D MOD, LSS and/or Trimble Business Centre)- remediation- record keepingIdeally a relevant qualification in Geometric Engineering, CSCS Card and be highly numerate and literate.Benefits:- circa £30k plus car allowance.- Life Assurance, Private Medical Insurance, Employee Assistance Scheme, Pension.
