Job Description

Scrum Master - Hersham - £55,000-£65,000Scrum Master required to join a market leading organisation based in Hersham, who are looking for a new scrum master to join their team.Key Responsibilities

  • To manage the delivery of Agile software delivery projects to time, cost, scope and quality.
  • To create, own, manage the overall Agile release plan(s).
  • To manage and monitor Agile KPIs (DoR, DoD, velocity, burndown progress etc.) and intervene to resolve issues as and when required.
  • To work with the VP Technology and VP Product Strategy to improve ways of working covering the end to end product lifecycle
    • Qualifications:
  • Degree qualification in a related subject
  • Certified ScrumMaster
  • Other Project Management qualifications desirable such as PRINCE2, MSP, APMG, or PMI
    • Skills/Experience (E)ssential / (D)esirable:
  • Experience in managing the E2E delivery of complex agile software products / projects involving multiple Agile teams (E)
  • Experience in delivery B2B or B2C web-based software products (E)
  • Expert in ScrumMaster Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum and Kanban), tools (e.g. JIRA), techniques and KPIs (E)
  • Experience working with both internal and nearshore product and technical delivery teams (E)
  • Able to deliver to agreed time, cost, scope and quality KPIs, and ability to spot and resolve issues quickly (E)
  • Strong leadership skills. Ability to understand the business and technical complexities, and able to drive both Product and Technical teams to ensure maximum productivity and business value. Where necessary challenge the "status" quo and able to "think outside the box" where necessary (E)
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), interpersonal and relationship management skills covering both internal and external stakeholders / customers (E)
  • Software development background in web-based applications (D)
  • Technical Project Management experience and familiar with MS Project, RAID logs, change control etc. (D)
  • Business domain knowledge in one of either Trade Finance, Digital Banking or Supply Chain Solutions (D)
