Job Description

We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to manage the relationship between Walsall Council and Starting Point Recruitment, ensuring excellent levels of customer service.As a Recruitment Administrator, your role and responsibilities are including the following activities:

  • To manage the recruitment process of candidates in its entirely from working with colleagues/customers to define the customers needs through from an application, interview to selection and induction.
  • To provide support, advice and guidance to candidates on all aspects of recruitment, prior, during and post assignment.
  • To monitor and feedback on market trends to the Teamleader.
  • To produce and present written and verbal reports on the companys performance against key performance indicators and any other such additional information required by the business for monitoring purposes making recommendations where necessary.
