Job Title: Office AdministratorLocation: AldridgeFull TimeSalary: £16,000-£20,000Our client is a welcoming, yet professional, accounting firm looking to find an approachable and committed Office Administrator to support their team!Office Administrator responsibilities:

  • Liaising with clients both in person and over the phone
  • Document management
  • Diary management for accounts and other staff
  • Arranging meetings and events with clients
  • Adhoc administration duties
Ideal Office Administrator skills:
  • Administrative experience within a professional setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Effective time management and prioritising skills
  • Competent IT experience
  • Ideally utilisation of IRIS, CCH or similar systems
