Job Description

British Judo is the National Governing Body for Judo in the UK. We work alongside many Judo clubs and currently support a growing membership across the home countries of over 25,000 members. Our members are really important to us and we want to ensure thatwe provide the best possible service to them at all times.An exciting opportunity has arisen for us to appoint an experienced full-time Membership Services Administrator, with strong customer service skills, who is competent and confident with Microsoft Suite and CRM systems.Whats on offer

Reporting to the Membership Team Leader you will join the existing membership team and be based at the British Judo Central Office at the University of Wolverhampton Campus in Walsall. You will provide telephone customer service and administrative supportdealing with a wide variety of enquiries from new and existing members, administering memberships, resolving issues, processing gradings and applying grading and membership rules.This is a great time to be joining British Judo and to be involved in contributing to the success of our membership! So, if you enjoy working as part of a team, have great administration and customer service skills, are organised and methodical, and areable to build effective relationships with stakeholders and team members we would love to hear from you!Essential Skills
  • Administrative skills including Microsoft Office, telephone skills and attention to detail
  • Highly organised with a positive can-do attitude
  • High verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills and experience
Desired Skills
  • Ideally, have knowledge of Judo as a player or official
