LHH Recruitment Solutions are recruiting for a leading SME business for a Management Accountant in Walsall.This is a full time position whom are offering hybrid work.You will be joining a small team (3) and reporting to the Group Finance Manager.Main duties:- Preparing monthly management accounts- Implement and maintain financial control- Supervise an assistant management accountant including training/develop- Knowledge of accruals, prepayment, balance sheet reconciliations, and posting journals- Carry out monthly financial project reviewsTo be successful you will need:- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified- Experience within a Management Accountant or similar role- Understanding of cost management and project accountant- Attention to detail- Be able to demonstrate meeting tight deadlines- Good communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong IT skills- Possess a strong commercial background
