A family ran organisation based in Walsall are currently seeking a driven and hardworking individual to join their team to manage their wide-ranging property portfolio. This is a standalone role where you will have full scope to make the role your own!You will be responsible for sourcing new tenants for properties, maximising sales where possible, coordinating visits, participating and assisting with visits and converting into sales alongside all administration support. This might include conducting all reference checks, financial screening and all property management support. You will handle queries from tenants about any maintance issues with the properties, coordinate repairs, negotiate cost plus general office support.This role is the perfect role someone that is motivated by targets and is driven by success! You have scope to set your own targets and working within an entrepreneurial environment. The successful candidate will do everything possible to help grow the property portfolio and will continue to develop.In return you will get a generous commission package in line with your own success which would be agreed upon starting this role. The ideal candidate will ideally have previous lettings/ sales experience from a professional services background and have a desire to work within a commercial environment.
