The plan is to continue growing at the same pace in current markets and launch our operations in new countries.Junior Accountant Position:We are looking for a Junior Accountant who is doing an accounting qualification (part qualified) and understands all the basics of ICO, journals etc. They will join our Finance team on a permanent basis.Responsibilities as Junior Accountant:

• Bank reconciliations and general bookkeeping
• Intercompany reconciliations for all the subsidiaries
• Review and issue all sales invoices on a weekly basis
• Review of weekly sales and expenses
• Significant involvement in the month-end close
• Preparation of quarterly VAT returns for review
• Credit control and cash collection reporting
• Analyse and advise on our financial performance;
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge.
• Dealing with client queries - statements and invoice queries
• Inputting accounts payable invoices
• Checking staff expenses

A successful Junior Accountant candidate will have:

• 3 to 5 years prior experience in accounting
• Actively study for an accounting qualification (part qualified)
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and google sheets skills - VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot tables etc
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• GCSE Maths Grade B or above or equivalent
• Their first step into an accounting career
• High-growth start-ups experience a strong advantage.
