Job Description

The Best Connection Walsall are proud to be recruiting for Hospital Cleaners in Walsall.To apply for this role, Please send your CV and quote what shift you can doDuties will include -

  • Responsible for keeping the hospital clean and tidy to an exceptional level.
  • Cleaning in all areas of the building; such as wards, reception areas, corridors, waiting areas, toilets.
  • You will be expected to use different chemicals for different surfaces/locations and occasionally you will need to use machines (buffer/polish machines, vacuum cleaners etc). Training will be provided.
  • Cleaning potential and confirmed COVID areas
    • Due to the location of the role, you will be in contact with both members of the public, hospital staff and patients. This can involve performing your duties around vulnerable and sick patients.The shifts are as follows:
  • x1 Person - Monday to Friday - 17:00pm - 20:00pm
  • x1 Person - Monday to Friday - 10am - 4pm
  • x1 Person - Monday to Friday - 7am - 10am
  • x1 Person - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, 2:30pm - 20:00pm & Saturday 3pm - 6:30pm
  • x1 Person - Thursday, Friday alternating Saturday & Sunday - 08:30am - 14:00pm
    • Excellent pay rates;Weeks 1-12
  • Monday to Friday - £8.92
  • Saturday - £12.58
  • Sunday - £16.32
    • Weeks 12+
  • Monday to Friday - £9.88
  • Saturday - £13.93
  • Sunday - £18.08
