Job Description

Digital Marketing Manager - Birmingham / Work-From-HomeSalary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.Who We AreWe are a digitally focussed wellness brand.We are a small team of 10 people in which every voice is heard, and every role has a huge impact in supporting the growth of our brands.And due to recent success, an exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced, full-time Digital Marketing Manager. The role will provide an important point of structure between the Directors and Marketing Team.This role will have responsibility for taking marketing campaigns through from ideation to completion and analytics, including managing a team of 3-6 specialists, organising a campaign and content calendar, coordinating with agencies, tracking metrics andreporting on findings along with suggestions for ways forward.Who You Are:

  • Incredibly organised and good at pulling together and presenting data.
  • Knowledgeable on a broad range of marketing areas including PPC, SEO, PR, Influencer/partnership marketing, content, and email marketing.
  • Comfortable organising and managing a team of specialists, both in-house and freelancers/ agencies.
  • Long-term focussed - able to plan campaigns in advance, maintain timelines and achieve desired goals.
(Required)
  • Experience managing a marketing team.
  • Adept with MS Office suite.
  • Knowledgeable on marketing metrics and analytics.
  • Comfortable with social media.
(Preferred)
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent in a marketing related subject.
  • Google Analytics trained/certified.
  • Experience within the marketing team of a consumer goods company.
