Job Description

Gleeson Recruitment Group are working exclusively with a high-growth DTC retail business based in the West Midlands.My client is experiencing unprecedented growth across its brands resulting in an amazing opportunity to further increase the size and scope of the Ecommerce department. This is a hugely exciting time to join; my client is looking for an experienced and successfulDigital Marketing Manager to own digital marketing across their ecommerce platforms. You will be responsible for growing our reach profitably across Paid, Social, Email, Affiliates, Display, PR, and mass media.The Digital Marketing Manager role will encompass:

  • Owning a marketing budget in excess of £1.5m
  • Leading a small digital team plus agencies
  • Lead on channels including: Paid, Social, Email, Affiliates, Display, PR, and mass media
  • Establishing a clear CRM strategy to drive retention
The ideal candidate for this Digital Marketing Manager role will possess a strong digital acquisition background with a demonstrable track record of managing a large budget and delivering results. You will be commercial and driven, with a keen eye for seekingout new growth opportunities.
