Job Description

Customer Service Sales RepresentativeWalsall, Office-basedFull-time, 8 am - 5 pmJoin a vibrant and rapidly expanding organisation as a Customer Service Sales Representative based in their Walsall offices. We are seeking dynamic individuals with a background in wholesale sales or a robust sales and customer service history.   • Engage with wholesale customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers over the phone.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maximise opportunities and contribute to the companys growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Previous experience in wholesale sales or a strong sales and customer service background.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding telephone manner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in building and maintaining relationships with customers over the phone.
  • Bubbly, outgoing personality with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and thrive in a dynamic setting.
