Youll need to be flexible to work between the hours of 7am-8pm Monday-Friday and Sat/Sun/Bank Hols 8-4pm. Youll be taking calls either inbound or outbound speaking to customers and resolving queries. We offer individuals a chance to utilize their excellent customer service skills in a professional and friendly call center environment. To ensure you are an expert on all products and services, youll go on a comprehensive induction programme and will be supported by your colleagues to help you succeed.
