Job Description

Immediate Start!About us;People Solutions is a family-owned national recruitment provider with over 40 years’ experience in supporting businesses of all sizes and sectors with permanent and temporary resourcing, strategic workforce planning and development.Day To Day Duties;

  • · Manage credit insurance & limits on all accounts for the business
  • · Manage a £10 million plus sales ledger
  • · Prepare weekly and monthly reports in excel and complete analysis
  • · Working with external customers and internally with the branch network
  • · Chasing payments of overdue items via telephone, e-mail and written communications
  • · Working to targets and weekly/monthly deadlines
  • · Managing and progressing billing/invoice discrepancies through to resolution
  • · Allocating Cash (when applicable)
  • · Raising invoices and credit notes
  • · Account reconciliation, providing customers with accurate financial information. Use of excel where required
  • · Liaising with third party collection agents/solicitors
  • · Manage the Credit Control team
Key experience/skills;
  • · Must have Credit Controller Experience
  • · Good standard of Excel
  • · Professional approach and good interpersonal skills when working with both internal and external clients
  • · Good numeracy, analytical and literacy skills
  • · Confident
  • · Proactive and uses own initiative
  • · Work as part of a team
  • · Account reconciliation (training will be provided)
  • · Used to working to targets and deadlines
