Job Description

RM Recruit are working with our Walsall based client who are on the lookout for an Caretaker on an ongoing interim basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a forward thinking organisation where duties include:

  • Being responsible for the for the upkeep, security, cleanliness and maintenance of the area.
  • To work as part of the estate based team in attaining and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
  • You will be confident in raising hinges, cupboards and doors, changing lights and carrying out basic DIY duties.
    • The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication, organisational, prioritising and literacy skills with the ability to effectively write and complete daily/weekly reports and records.You will be responsible for estate inspections and health & safety checks such as emergency lighting, lift alarm checks, fire extinguisher checks etc.Experience of working in a similar role would be an advantage, experience in undertaking minor repairs/grounds maintenance works and excellent awareness of current Health and Safety regulations.Ideally, you will be available immediatley and be able to start straight away.
