AMAZON AND MARKETPLACES EXECUTIVE £24-26k WS2 WalsallMy client is a leading multi-channel retailer based in Birmingham with a sustained focus on growth. Our culture is entrepreneurial & fast paced. As the business grows the own branding and marketplace strategy is at the forefront of the future of the business, opening up a new and exciting position for a full-time Amazon and Marketplaces Executive who will support the Market Place and Business Developmentteam.Typical Tasks & Responsibilities: - Research and identify new product opportunities for online marketplaces, presenting findings to the Management team - Review competitors on a regular basis to understand best practices and opportunities - Assist in fully merchandising new & existing products on marketplaces - Resolving platform performance and marketing issues as and when - Reviewing inventory, forecasting weekly and assisting the buying team with placing orders - Relying to Customer service enquiries from marketplaces customers including aftersales and refunds - Manage pre-sale & post sales quality issues obtaining information from all relevant sources - Sending products to Amazon FBA You are required to be proactive and use your time effectively across different areas, with focus on meeting KPIs Within the company, it will be necessary to liaise with internal departments such as Marketing, Purchasing, Finance and Operations. You will report to the Head of Marketplaces and working closely with the Marketplaces Manager. You will also be required to dealwith third parties, including manufacturers, customers, couriers and logistics companies. This is an excellent valuable opportunity to build skills around and selling online via Marketplaces platforms such as Amazon (inc EU), Ebay, Mano Mano for a diverse individual. Fresh graduate and diploma will also be considered. - Experience & Knowledge of Marketplaces platforms is in advantage (e.g. Amazon, eBay, Mano Mano) - Experience and knowledge of Ebay & Amazon software tools would be an advantage - Data-driven and possess an analytical mindset. - Flexible and well organised taking the initiative when required - Excellent written and verbal communication - Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel - Strong cultural fit - outgoing personality - Salary £24k and £26k dependant on experience Call Nikki
