The Personal Travel Agents, our homeworking channel at Your Coop Travel are looking for an Agent Support Manager to join our fast paced, dynamic support team. In 2022, we celebrated our first decade as a homeworking business and are proud to be award winnersin the homeworking sector, and be highly regarded within the Travel industry.Your Coop is a unique multi-sector group also operating in Food, Childcare, Post Office, Healthcare and Utilities, and at The Personal Travel Agents, you will be part of a business that puts people at the heart of everything they do. As an Agent Support Manager, you will: To directly work with and motivate a team of self-employed Personal Travel Agents with their day to day business, to support them with ideas, and the delivery of their business plans. Provide our Personal Travel Agents support with sales & marketing strategies. Support and drive profitable performance towards the achievement of individual agent forecast sales and profit plans. To be visible and available to our Personal Travel Agents for their ongoing business coaching and personal development. To train and mentor new Personal Travel Agents that join our business in their first year, to deliver a focussed support to help them achieve their business objectives. Build and sustain effective professional relationships with all our Personal Travel Agents ensuring a high level of customer service. Build a high level of engagement with our Personal Travel Agents through effective communication and initiatives. To assist with organising and co-ordinating supplier and product training.
