Job Description

Account Manager - RecruitmentDuration: PermanentSalary: £25,000 - £28,000 p/a + additional benefits & rewardsKerry Collins Recruitment have a new and exciting opportunity available foran internal Account Manager,to support the recruitment of temporary staffing solutions for our key client accounts.We are seeking a forward-thinkingAccount Manager to joinour existing team, as a result of our continuing growth and development.The successful applicantwould be responsible forensuring we meet and deliver against our clientselevated levels oftemporary staffing requirements.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prioritise, plan, schedule and manage the recruitment drive of candidates.
  • Utilise multiple advertising tools to attract and source candidates
  • Conduct face to faceinterviews and site based inductions
  • Complete compliance checks
  • Communicate with our internal Account Coordinators and our clients Managersdaily
  • Help develop process improvements to improve work-flow efficiency
  • General administration and updating internal/external systems
  • Generate KPI reports
  • Support with out of hours on call
Experience / Requirements:
  • Previous experience within a similar role would be a great advantage but not essential
  • You will be a team player, extremely organised and able to work within a busy and fast paced environment.
  • You willneedtobe both siteand officebased - UK Driving Licence essential
