A fantastic new position has arisen in Wallsend for a Training Administrator to start immediately on a temp-perm basis.You will be required to work the following hours; Monday - Friday 39.5 hours per week. 1 Hour unpaid lunchYou will be on a salary rate of approx. £24,500 per annum, depending on experience.As a Training Administrator / Co-ordinator you will be fully responsible for the assistance of smooth running daily administrative duties. In this role, you should combine a strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Youshould also be a reliable problem-solver and with strong project management skills.Responsibility of the role:* Work between the HSE and HR Department to perform the following duties:* Booking and co-ordinating training requests* Co-ordination and update of the Company training program* Review of expiry and training dates as per Company training program* Responsible for logging training and qualification information into the system* Co-ordinate, administer and maintain a comprehensive evaluation process for training and qualification * Long term - migration of training matrix information on to Company internal softwareYou will have the following requirements.* Proven experience as a Training Administrator* Knowledge of office procedures * proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of databases * Excellent organizational and multitasking ability* Outstanding communication skills* Strong attention to detail* Highly organised * Pay close attention to detail* Excellent telephone manor For a chance to be considered for this excellent opportunity APPLY now!This vacancy is being advertised by IRS Recruitment who are operating as an Employment Business.
