Key Responsibilities: As a Service Advisor at our Silverlink, Newcastle location, you will: Greet and assistcustomers in a friendly and professional manner. Schedule service appointments and maintain an organized service reception area. Communicate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of services. Provide accurate and detailed informationto customers regarding services, repairs, and costs. Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive service experience. Requirements: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.
