* * * * * Domiciliary Care - Manager - North Tyneside Area * * * * *LOCATION: NEWCASTLE UPON TYNESALARY: £35000+BS Social Care are proud to be currently assisting a large and reputable local domiciliary care provider in their search for a manager to oversee the smooth running and provision of quality care and support to service users in their own homes.The role will involve the day to day management of a team of dedicated staff, organising training and drawing up staff rotas and growing the business. You will be expected to maintain a high quality CQC compliant service in the quest for at least a `GOOD` rating. The management of the Care Co-ordination Team and the Care Team. Support with maintaining budgets and adhering with the company`s policies and procedures.To ensure that a high-quality domiciliary care service is provided which meets the needs of the customers and maintains the customer`s dignity, independence and emotional well-being.Successful applicants must meet the following criteria:- NVQ Level 5 in Management of Health & Social Care- Previous experience in a similar managerial role- In depth understanding of CQC assessment criteria for Good and Outstanding ratings
