About you
  • Passionate about developing your team and function, both internally and externally, with the support and backing of the wider company.
  • Excellent people management skills and have experience in managing a team and/or being a manager of direct reports, either currently or in the past.
  • STEM recruitment experience, or you are an experienced consultant/manager from another sector who wants to specialise in our field.
  • A proven and consistent track record of billings and business development as a 360 recruitment consultant.
  • Experience building and maintaining established relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Adhere to Jackson Hogg’s values and mission of delivering excellence through passion, care, trust and respect.
  • Have a valid driving license and have access to your own vehicle.
