About the RoleWe have an exciting opportunity!We are looking for an experienced coordinator to join the Product Development team on a permanent basis.Reporting to the Product Operations & ISA Manager, you will be part of a team who are responsible for supporting the delivery of our savings and mortgage products to our members and brokers. Within this role you will be responsible for the savings productsetup process. To do this effectively you will require excellent planning skills, a keen eye for detail, ability to take full ownership.In addition to this you will be required to demonstrate experience of engaging with key stakeholders and managing product communications, all within set timescales.This is a varied, fast paced role where you will drive improvement and efficiencies through processes and procedures, whilst reducing risk and strengthening the department controls.We are keen to grow and develop as a team so career progression would be something we would look to promote within the role.About YouWe are looking for someone who has exceptional attention to detail, who can demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
