About the RoleReporting to the Head of Reward you will play an important role in a key strategic project to implement a new HR system into Newcastle Building Society.This will include owning the mapping of HR data from our current HR system into the new HR system (Workday) to ensure that HR processes run successfully and key reports are available from the new system whilst also be responsible for the HR security set-upwithin it.The post holder will be responsible for the ongoing development of HR Dashboards, production of daily, monthly, annual and ad hoc MI, and be able to analyse and interpret data, making recommendations to leaders across the organisation.You will be responsible for supporting ongoing HR Systems development and the monitoring of this once the new HR system is implemented. The role will deal with external suppliers and queries from senior HR leadership team & senior managers from across theorganisation.About YouIt is essential that you have experience in implementations of new HR Systems as well as having experience as a HR user of them previously. Previous experience of Workday would also be advantageous.Experienced in analysing and producing MI, ideally with knowledge of Power BI and creation of dashboards, you will have strong analytical skills with an excellent attention to detail as you will be expected to analyse and interpret data.Working as part of a project team will mean you are a clear and concise written and spoken communicator with great stakeholder management skills, including the ability to challenge at all levels.With ever changing demands and priorities we require someone with the ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritise accordingly, able to work under pressure and deal with conflicting priorities as you will be working to set deadlines which will requirehigh levels of daily independence.Though not essential, it would be advantageous if you have worked within a HR department including working with confidential and sensitive information.About UsWe are a purpose led business, connecting our communities with a better financial future.
