Position Details: Hourly Rate: £14.00 per hour (experience-based) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 16:00 Key Responsibilities: As the HR Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions and ensuring the seamless operation of the department. Your responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to: - Efficiently managing subcontractor records, invoices, and timesheets and entering them into the database. - Providing administrative support for projects. - Collaborating closely with the HR Manager to assist with HR-related matters. - Handling and safeguarding sensitive and confidential information. - Assisting in organising company events. - Addressing any ad-hoc administrative tasks as they arise. Required Skills: - Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and subcontractor companies. - Previous experience in HR administration to hit the ground running. - Strong IT proficiency and a quick learner when it comes to new systems. - Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks. - Flexibility and dedication to meet organisational demands. - A warm, friendly, and approachable demeanor to foster positive working relationships. - Prior experience in accurate data input. - Familiarity with confidential information handling protocols.
