About the RoleWe are entering an exciting phase of our growth and are recruiting a new digital marketing specialist to work alongside our amazing colleagues and teams at Newcastle Building Society.Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Optimisation Specialist will be responsible for the successful execution of the societys digital marketing activity to drive new customer acquisition and improve onsite performance. This will includesearch engine optimisation (SEO) and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) activity.Youll use data, tools and analytics to draw out insights on performance which will inform our digital marketing activities as well as future online developments and website improvements. Your role will work closely with all areas of marketing and with ourdigital performance agency.About YouWe are looking for candidates who will bring their passion for digital, experience and skills to transform our digital marketing capability and performance. You will be a customer focused, results-driven marketer who uses data and insight to maximise performanceand optimise return on investment.Ideally you will have financial services experience and have proven experience of implementing and managing digital performance campaigns at a high level.
