Job Description

About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to really shape a new role within our Marketing Communications function, working in close partnership with our Recruitment team.This brand new role will lead on the development of our digital and social attraction strategy for attracting the best talent to NBS. You will play a key role in defining and implementing our employer brand across multiple touchpoints.You will focus on building effective communications and marketing to our (multiple) target audiences, building advocacy amongst our stakeholders and driving a first class candidate experience along the way.Working closely with the Digital Marketing and Recruitment team, youll be responsible for leading the development, creation, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels that focus on driving maximum employer brand awareness.Were looking for someone to create new and inspiring content across all of our social platforms and to really take the lead on the evolution of our careers site.Youll have the opportunity to work closely with wider business areas creating brand new marketing assets for multiple campaigns.Firmly embedded within the Recruitment team, you will develop a deep understanding of our short, medium and long term hiring needs to develop an evolving attraction roadmap and also play a crucial role in delivering the overall digital marketing contentstrategy.As our Society continues to grow, you will be instrumental in raising brand awareness across the North East and beyond.About YouYour background will be in Marketing and youll have a strong background in producing engaging written and rich digital content for business websites and social accounts, as well as a passion for content marketing. Previous experience of making a significantimpact on the creation and execution of the employer brand / attraction strategy within your previous role(s) is desirable, though not essentialYour communication (both written and verbal) skills will be first class, with the ability to build impactful relationships with both stakeholders and target audiences alike.Youll have strong copywriting skills and solid experience of developing key messaging and narratives. Excellent digital and social media skills are a must.The ability to take an insight led approach ensuring decision making is principle led/ evidence based/ outcome driven is essential.This is set to be a busy role so experience of managing multiple projects of various sizes and with different deadlines will stand you in great stead!About UsOur people are at the heart of what we do and were tasked with hiring the best peo-people out there.
