Job Description

Biffa plc is the leading nationwide integrated waste management business providing collection, treatment, recycling and technologically-driven energy generation services. Through the expertise of our people and investment in technology we promote and deliversustainable waste management solutions.We are looking for an experienced Inbound Customer Service Advisor to join a busy call centre booking and inputting orders onto our database.FT - 37.5Hrs per weekMon - Fri 0800-1600 & 0900-1700 alternative weeks£9.50 Per HourKey Responsibilities:

  • Provide inbound telephone contact for customers
  • Manage queries and complaints efficiently and promptly
  • Investigate, action and resolve email queries
  • Meet service level agreements on productivity
  • Provide customers with a professional, convenient and courteous service
Requirements
  • MUST have at least 18 months experience in a call centre environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident, patient phone manner
  • Strong attention to detail and standard of accuracy
  • Self motivated with the ability to work at pace
  • Proactive with a positive attitude to supporting colleagues
  • Reliable, punctual and robust to work under pressure
