We have an excellent opportunity for a Fieldwire Administrator to start immediately with our client based in Wallsend. As an Fieldwire Administrator you will be required to work full time hours - 40 hours per week - 8.00hrs - 17.00hrs Monday - Thursday, 8.00hrs- 14.30hrs Friday with a 30 minute lunch break. The pay rate will be competitive and dependant on experience. Our client is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Fieldwire Administrator to join their team. The Fieldwire Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimising the Fieldwire platform, a construction project management and collaboration software,to ensure efficient communication, coordination, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of construction processes and a strong command of the Fieldwire platform. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary administrator for Fieldwire, overseeing user accounts, project setup, and configuration to ensure the platform aligns with project needs. - Train and onboard team members and project stakeholders on how to effectively use Fieldwire for tasks such as document management, task tracking, and issue resolution. - Create and manage project templates, document libraries, checklists, and custom forms to streamline project setup and maintain consistency. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and other project files. - Oversee the creation, assignment, and tracking of tasks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication among project team members. - Facilitate efficient communication within and between project teams, utilizing Fieldwires tools for discussion, collaboration, and notifications. - Monitor and enforce project quality standards by setting up and managing checklists and quality control processes within Fieldwire. - Ensure that Fieldwire is effectively integrated into mobile devices used on the construction site, optimising its use for real-time data capture and reporting. - Generate reports and analyse data to identify trends, track project progress, and provide insights for project improvement. - Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot issues related to the Fieldwire platform. - Provide general administration support - To practice and promote Health & Safety in the work place; and report non-compliance. - To undertake various duties deemed necessary Qualifications: - Proven experience with Fieldwire or similar construction project management software. - Knowledge of construction processes and project management principles. - Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and training abilities. - Proficiency in data analysis and report generation. - Familiarity with mobile device management and integration. - Detail-oriented and a commitment to data accuracy.
