Reed Accountancy & Finance are delighted to be working with a well-established business in Wallsend who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties will include:• Inputting purchase invoices and checking against purchase orders• Reconciling supplier statements• Raising Sales invoices• Inputting sales and purchase cash to supplier and client accounts• Manual cashbookYou will have:• Previous experience in a similar role (2+ years ideally)• Excellent interpersonal skills• Can work well independently and as part of a team• PC literate/good Microsoft Excel skillsHours:• Full time, fully office based• 9am-5pm Mon-Thu, 9am-3pm FriIf this sounds like the role for you, please apply today!
