I represent an emerging business who are ready to now hire a Hospitality Director to be responsible for all the hospitality sectors of there business just outside Wigan.Each has multi million pound turnovers and all are successful in there own right, supporting different areas of the sports activities within the business. Built on new and firm foundations with the correct financial backing this ia a great opportunity for someon that either has a catering background with varied hospitality businesses, maybe in Leisure, Tourism, or has already managed hospitality operations within Food and Beverage within large sports venues.You will be smart, have great communication skills, have excellent management skills, the ability to train and inspire your people. Work to achieve top service within all sectors znd understand the business model. This isnt about re-inventing the wheel as it turns very well as it is, it just needs someone to work with it and make sure it is highly polished, with good systems to be able to review and always improve.Hospitality will be part of you, you will love it and want to make sure people know you are the person in charge of this interesting and evolving business.Your presentation will identify who you are, it will be apparent in evertything you touch within the business.
