They are now one of the countrys largest genealogists/heir hunter firms in the UK.An opportunity has arisen within the Private Client Department and we are looking to recruit a Marketing Executive. This is a new role and the right candidate has a real opportunity to grow and develop the position.Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Day to Day tasks:MarketingAssist in website management - including adding video and written content Liaise with external parties to arrange webinars, presentations, and other training materialCollaborate with colleagues and external agencies to develop and produce client mailersHelp to answer external client enquiries regarding marketing campaigns via email and telephoneDataResearch and retrieve data from a number of external sources Use findings to input and cleanse data using Salesforce and internal CRM systemReport data findings in a clear and informative way to both internal and external partiesThe Ideal Candidate will have:Experience of working in a business development team A strong understanding of marketing and data management Experience of using a CRM system (eg Salesforce) Ability to research and gather dataCapability to work closely with a team but also to work pro-actively on individual tasksDemonstratable Excel skills with the ability to convert data into clear and formatted reports A keen eye for detail Impeccable organisation skills Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload accordinglyThis is a great opportunity and salary is dependent upon experience.
