Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for a HR Administrator to join an established Manufacturing and Production company based in Wigan. The company specialises in design and production of Construction products and systems to the European market. As a HR Administrator you will be responsible for supporting with;

  • Induction and integration of new starters
  • Recruitment (advertising vacancies, managing recruitment inbox, organising interviews)
  • Checking Right to Work Documents for Employees
  • Data Cleansing for GDPR Purposes
  • Checking and Issuing Employee Contracts
  • General administration such as maintaining files, recording absences and sickness
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure sociable, full time hours Monday to Friday.You will be working a standard 35 hour week with an immediate start available.You will need;
  • Competent ability with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A Level or equivalent qualifications
Desirable;
  • CIPD or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of UK employment law
