Job Description

Role: Client Relationship Manager Location: Wigan, Greater Manchester (Office Based) Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Bonus About Us: Established in 2001, Estate Research work with both private clients and the public sector to locate missing Next of Kin and beneficiaries to an estate. Estate Research is now one of the countrys largest genealogists/heir hunterfirms and due to substantial organic growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Client Relationship Managers. The successful candidate will work alongside our Business Development Team and engage with new, current, and old clients to build solid workingrelationships.Day to day tasks:

  • Build, maintain and strengthen the companys relationship with our clients (new, current & old)
  • Learn the needs of our clients & develop strategic plans to meet their needs
  • Work strategically with clients and the Private Client Department to overcome issues or challenges
  • Ensure our clients have a thorough understanding of our services
  • Assist the Business Development Team to identify new business and establish a relationship with them before they become an official client
  • Interact frequently with our clients, and manage the timescales contact - diary management & planning
  • Attend and help host some client meetings & formal client feedback sessions and action appropriate follow up
  • Working with others in the business to create market and data insight reports to support strategic growth plans.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
  • Proven track record of working within a dynamic Business Development or account management environment. Minimum of five years preferred.
  • Ability to retain and maximise business from current clients
  • Good knowledge of legal organisations - knowledge of the Private Client legal sector specifically would be beneficial
  • A fiercely client-centric in your approach and attitude
  • Strong influencing skills to work with some of the more senior decision makers within legal firms
  • Confident, assertive and diplomatic in your approach
  • A positive and collaborative team player who brings ideas and solutions
  • Excellent written and communication skills with a good eye for detail.
