Due to the increase in developments, a family-run, property development specialists with a current portfolio of over £50million are looking for a Cleaner to assist with the care and presentation of the head office and the properties themselves. This is a full-time permanent role working Monday to Friday 7am – 3pm with an immediate start available.As the Cleaner your responsibilities will include:- Cleaning the group offices and office space- Cleaning various group properties located at various sites in Wigan, Preston and Bolton, plus surrounding areas.- Maintaining a high level of cleanliness at all times- Liaising with the facilities coordinator in regard to cleaning stock and reporting any issues or concerns to them- Ordering new cleaning supplies as neededWe are keen to speak to people about this Cleaner position with the following skills and experience:- Demonstrable commercial and domestic experience cleaning communal areas, office spaces, domestic homes and carrying out builders cleans- Capable of working to a tight schedule and committed to providing a high standard of work- A full, clean driving licence in order to visit various sites in Wigan and the surrounding areas (a vehicle will be provided)- Recent DBS check or ability to gain clearance- Proactivity and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision- Knowledge of health and safety standards and the ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitaskLaunched over four generations ago, the business is committed to offering investment opportunities focused on quality, return and customer service, priding themselves in restoring historic buildings to their former glory and developing strong relationships with local communities in the process.In return, the Cleaner will receive a salary of £17,000 pa plus 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays) and a company pension scheme.
