Job Description

Page Personnel are partnering with a national healthcare business, who are looking for an Internal Recruiter to join their growing team. Reporting into the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process. Thisrole will be based out of the Wallasey office.Client DetailsA well established, national healthcare/ medical and nursing business, who are experiencing an exciting period of growth.DescriptionThe Internal Recruiter will be responsible for:

  • Managing the full end to end recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing through to offer stage
  • Development and implementation of recruitment and sourcing strategies
  • Advertising open job vacancies
  • Engaging and partnering with external recruitment agencies where appropriate
  • Screening applicants, including right to work and DBS checks
  • Scheduling interviews and managing post interview feedback
  • Conduct candidate check-ins
  • Attend and actively participate in recruitment update meetings
  • Delivering recruitment related training
  • Occasional travel to the Southampton office will be required
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required
ProfileThe successful Internal Recruiter will have:
  • Previous experience of working in a varied, high-volume recruitment role, ideally within an internal recruitment team
  • Previous experience of healthcare recruitment would be an advantage
  • Good understanding of the end to end recruitment process
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • IT literate
  • Team player
