Do you have 2 plus years Conveyancing experienceOur client is recruiting for their office based in Wallasey for a Fixed Term Conveyancing Secretary (with potential to go permanent for right candidate) to start with them in January to end in October 2023.Competitive salary of £19000-£22000 per annum20 days annual leave plus bank holidayCompany pensionSkills and experience required:Trained in secretarial practice.High word-processing and audio-typing skills.Preferably previous experience as a legal secretary or experience of working in an alternative professional office.Duties include:Draft contractsRaise and reply to enquiriesUpdate Lender Exchange and LMSSubmit AP1sDeal with clients both face to face and via the phone in providing updates and assist with any queries they may have.To prepare correspondence and documents through audiotyping and word processing.To administer filing which will include daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files in accordance with the detailed procedures contained in the Office Manual.To prepare mail and enclosures for despatch.To arrange for all copying to be done, in person if the office junior is not available to undertake the task.To make appointments, arrange meetings and to maintain an up-to-date diary for his/her principal.To prepare the Conference Room for meetings as necessary and for the tidying and clearance of the room at the end of the meeting.To provide refreshments when asked to do so.To provide support to other secretaries as required.To provide guidance to junior and temporary secretaries when required to do so.To attend clients both in person and on the telephone and to provide such support in a professional and friendly manner in keeping with the firms standards for client care.To undertake any specific training when required to do so and overall to have a responsibility towards self-development.To ensure the confidentiality of all the firms and clients documentation and information.If you do have the required skills and would like to know more, please reply with your full CV or contact Siobhan on .
