Job Description

  • Supporting and coordinating the delivery of UK wide Workshop curriculum
  • Supporting the capture of workshop and programme evaluation data for learning activities
  • Supporting the maintenance of our core technology platforms
  • Gather, provide, and collating effective data reporting for Talent, Development & inclusion initiatives
  • Administer, record, and oversee training records for colleagues on the various learning platforms
  • Coordinating programme and apprenticeship enrolments and sign ups – tracking data, collating paperwork, liaising with colleagues on the programme
  • Supporting and coordinating Greencore Qualification End Point Assessments - EPA logistics, paperwork capture, celebrations, and coordination
  • Supporting and coordinating Brand Ambassador activity
  • Booking and logistics for events and programme coordination
  • External travel, hotel and venue bookings and events coordination
  • Supporting development and assessment centres with printing, candidate packs and logistics on the day
  • Support and cover for budget coordination and tracking
  • Managing all Talent, Development & Inclusion email inboxes. Sending cascade of communications on all Talent, Development & Inclusion programmes
  • Ordering and supplies for all programmes e.g. collateral and facilitation/delivery kits
  • Setting up, assisting with and collating summaries of Survey Monkey and colleague feedback groups
  • Coordinating and assisting on launches and HR events
  • Working towards a Level 3 Business Administration Qualification

  • Administration and data capture skills - able to work at a fast pace without compromising accuracy
  • Proficient with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint – experience with Excel spreadsheets and formulas would be beneficial
  • Previous experience of HR/recruitment systems and databases would be advantageous
  • GCSE or equivalent in numeracy and literacy
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for quality
  • Ability to work resiliently in a fast-paced environment under pressure
  • Experience with recording, coordination, and planning
  • Great numeric ability and attention to detail/experience handling data
